Can I book online?
It is not possible to book online, but we have about 50 lockers of different sizes available. If you want to check availability you can contact us via WhatsApp at +39 3515553978

How do I rent a locker?
To rent a locker from our luggage storage, simply follow the instructions on the monitor, creating a unique profile and selecting the desired size.

How can I pay?
You can pay with coins and cash only for the exact amount requested (the machine does not give change) and with credit cards and mobile phones with NFC technology enabled.

How big are the lockers?

How long can the rental of a locker last?
The rental is always requested in whole numbers, so at least 1 day. There is no real limit to the days you can select, however in the event of anomalies we will contact you to verify that everything is in order.

I lost my password/the system gives me an error!
Don’t worry: mistakes can happen. Contact us by phone at +39 3515553978 and we will be happy to help you.

What happens if I arrive after closing time?
Contact us by phone, we will verify your identity and resolve the problem remotely.
In the event that it is necessary for one of our representatives to come in person, you will be asked to pay a penalty of €35

How many times can I access my locker?
You can access your locker as many times as you want for the entire duration of the rental. For example, you can leave your luggage, go shopping and then return to leave your purchases in the same locker you rented previously.

Are my luggage safe?
Absolutely! Our premises are under 24-hour video surveillance and the recordings are saved on a remote server.
